NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for any of our Products under any circumstances of these circumstances:

WHY A REFUND MAY NOT BE GIVEN

• You don't want it anymore after you've purchased and your order has been processed and shipped.
• The item did not meet your expectations.
• You simply change your mind.
• You bought an item by mistake.
• You ask for goodwill, or You can no longer access the item because it has been removed / discontinue (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
• Refund is not applicable on Custom and Sale Items (such as custom works/items, consulting works and final sale items.)
• We believe we provide products and services that are high-quality and at a reasonable price point.

  In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service at support@sincerelyknoelle.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photo of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
